Meet Tracy Green

Massage found Tracy long before she made it a profession. As a child, she watched her mother endure chronic pain caused by an autoimmune disease. Hoping to ease her discomfort, Tracy would gently work on her — and even temporary relief made a lasting impression. Years later, when it was time for a career shift, massage therapy felt like a path filled with purpose and heart.

Tracy earned her AAS in Massage Therapy from Forsyth Technical Community College and holds certifications in Reiki, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, paranasal sinus drainage, and Myofascial Release. Each session is hand crafted to meet the unique needs of her clients, blending expert technique with deep compassion.

Whether life has you stressed out, burned out, or simply in need of care, Tracy offers personalized massage for relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration. Find her in her new and reimagined Hand Crafted Massage studio at 1330 N. Howe St. in Southport, NC — or book a session at your home, in your backyard, or wherever you feel most at ease. Sharon Shea

Sharon Shea is a previous Board Certified Massage Therapist and Licensed in North Carolina. She has owned and operated several Massage Therapy Centers here and in New York for the past 20 + years. Sharon holds a BS in Computer Science but her passion is Massage and Bodywork. She has experience with many modalities and uses them to relax the body and relieve pain. Her most recent studies include massage for Desk Workers, Veterans, Geriatrics, and Oncology. On days off you may find her hiking at Umstead, volunteering for seniors, or driving east for a walk at the beach.

Hello! Let me introduce myself. I am married with two adult children (daughter & son), three dogs (German Shepherd mix rescues), & a cat. Three dogs is a lot, but I love them! 

As an NC transplant in 2006 originally from Long Island, NY, I continued my special education teaching career until 2021 when I became an on-site agent in a new home community in Leland. After teaching and real estate, I decided it was time for a change. I knew I wanted to continue to help people, so my son, who is also a massage therapist, suggested I look into massage programs. I’m so happy I listened to him because I love it more than I could have ever imagined! It’s my passion to help people meet their wellness goals in a safe, supportive, compassionate environment. 

My specialties include: Therapeutic Work, Gentle Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Peri/Post Menopause, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Cupping Therapy, & Gua Sha/Scraping.
